Account Deletion and Data Deletion
This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your Billbox account and personal data, as required by Google Play and Apple App Store policies.
How to request deletion
To request deletion, email info@getbillbox.com from the same email address you use for your Billbox account.
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include: your account email and a short confirmation that you want permanent deletion.
What is deleted
- Your Billbox account is disabled and then deleted.
- Personal data associated with your account (such as bills, warranties, and uploaded attachments) is deleted or anonymized where feasible.
- Some data may be retained if required to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax, accounting, fraud prevention) or to resolve disputes.
Processing time
We process deletion requests within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days after receiving a complete request.
